big boy bed!

well since me & nate hadn't got to celebrate our anniversary on sunday, wednesday we took brevyn to daycare in the morning & hit the 11 o'clock 30 minutes or less movie, had lunch & did a little shopping.

except the shopping wasn't for us! it was for brevyn.

we figured pretty soon we'd have to get him into a big boy bed so we can get the baby into the crib. so we thought we'd go ahead & try it out. so we went out & bought him a new big boy bed & bedding! we headed home to set it all up before we went & picked him up from daycare.

once we were all  done we went & picked him up & headed to roy aquatic center to swim for a little bit. brevyn loved to play in the little kid area & sit in the shallow & splash! he was so funny & would rather crawl around in it then walk so once he went too deep, face in the water! haha. finally we got home & showed him his bed :) he wasn't so sure but he did love his thomas the train pillow.

we were a little worried if he'd stay in his bed or get out & try to play or falling off the bed. he cried for a minute or two then he stopped. we went in to check on him & he was out! no falling off the bed or anything either. last night was day 2 of big boy bed & he did great again. :) definitley wasn't as hard as i thought it would be.. next big step, potty training.

now that will be a whole other story.
